The Senior Accountant will support general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, nonprofit fund accounting, investment activity, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and process improvements. The role requires collaboration across the Business Office and other departments, independent issue resolution, accounting guidance, and support for GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting.

Supervise and engage students in grades 3–6 during before-school programming. Lead age-appropriate activities, provide light academic support, maintain attendance and emergency records, communicate student needs to school staff and parents, and ensure students are dismissed safely to the appropriate divisions.

Develop and manage alumni and donor relations and annual giving programs. Plan and execute multi-channel solicitations, events, and engagement initiatives; steward donors; track metrics and reporting; maintain donor records; recruit and support volunteers; coordinate with internal stakeholders and attend events as needed.

Invite candidates to submit application materials for general consideration when no active listing exists. Complete the application process to have materials kept on file for future opportunities.

Provide day-to-day HR operations including semi-monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment support, HR reporting, and Business Office coordination.

Supervise and support boys grades 3–8 in an after-school program (3:15–6:15 M–F). Provide homework help, maintain attendance and emergency/allergy records, distribute snacks and equipment, communicate with parents, and ensure safe student dismissal. Maintain a positive study-hall environment and perform other assigned duties.
