Supports dealership staff and agricultural customers with John Deere technology, integrated solutions, equipment optimization, software updates, troubleshooting, and on-site repairs. Trains sales, service, parts employees, and customers; promotes technology products; manages JD Link, FarmSight, APEX, and RTK base-station activities; assists with inventory and customer clinics; resolves technical issues and supports adoption of new solutions.

Sells new and used agricultural, turf, and outdoor power equipment within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, conducts equipment demonstrations, monitors competition and customer business trends, supports financing, evaluates trade-ins, maintains product knowledge, reports sales activity, and follows dealership sales processes. The role requires frequent travel, equipment interaction, customer service, basic sales-report analysis, safe vehicle operation, and use of Microsoft Office and company technology.

Coordinates dealership service department operations, including repair scheduling, customer communications, work orders, billing, timecards, equipment tracking, inspections, warranties, and performance metrics. Supports the Service Manager with workflow prioritization, service organization, payment processing, customer portal requests, and meeting departmental goals. Requires strong communication, administrative, reporting, basic accounting, and customer service skills, plus a valid driver’s license.
