Greets and registers hotel guests, manages reservations, handles check-ins and check-outs, settles guest accounts, answers questions, and provides concierge support. Maintains knowledge of hotel amenities, promotions, events, and local attractions while delivering courteous, efficient service. Handles mail, packages, messages, guest requests, and emergency procedures. Collaborates with hotel departments, maintains an organized work area, follows operational policies, and supports overall hotel cleanliness and safety.

Lead and scale a new multi-city festival division: design market-specific festival formats, build teams and operational infrastructure, secure sponsors and earned press, and oversee production across events (food, wine, spirits, music, car shows). Collaborate with executives and creative partners to grow the brand and expand into new markets.

Felina Steak is hiring Front of House staff including Servers, Bartenders, Runners, Bussers, and Hosts. Candidates should have a passion for hospitality and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
