Oversee office administration and accounts payable and receivable for hotel, restaurant, and banquet operations. Coordinate invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, billing, deposits, banquet payment schedules, and outstanding balances with the accounting team. Maintain organized inventory, records, and administrative processes while supporting changing operational needs.

Lead and scale a new multi-city festival division: design market-specific festival formats, build teams and operational infrastructure, secure sponsors and earned press, and oversee production across events (food, wine, spirits, music, car shows).
