Generate and qualify sales leads, follow up with prospective clients, schedule property inspections, build strong customer relationships, promote and sell real estate products, and meet monthly sales targets. Training provided; role is on-site in Lagos and Ibadan.

Create and publish visual and written content across social platforms, manage content calendar, engage with audiences, capture/edit photos and videos, analyze performance, support marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent brand voice.

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support: welcome visitors, manage correspondence, maintain supplies and office equipment, assist HR onboarding, prepare meetings, run errands, coordinate vendors, support events, and perform filing, scanning, and other office tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Create high-quality visual content for digital and print channels to support marketing campaigns. Design social media assets, web graphics, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations and outdoor ads. Collaborate with marketing team, maintain brand consistency, revise designs per feedback, manage multiple projects and stay current with design trends and tools.

The Sales Development Representative will engage with potential clients to generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client information in the CRM.
