Field-based, consultative sales role supporting Farm & Ranch retail accounts across the Mid-South. Drive in-store brand presence, train store teams, manage third-party broker retail team, coordinate with marketing and retail operations, support regional events, and attend retailer sales calls. Heavy travel and territory execution required to meet sales and training objectives.

Supports high-impact corporate strategy and business development projects, including strategic analysis, competitive research, growth opportunity evaluation, and recommendations for senior leadership. The intern will analyze quantitative and qualitative information, collaborate cross-functionally, present project findings, and participate in mentorship and professional development activities throughout the 10-week hybrid internship.

Supports federal advocacy strategy, legislative priorities, congressional engagement, policy intelligence, stakeholder partnerships, executive communications, legislative analysis, and grassroots member advocacy. The role develops policy positions, coordinates with lobbyists and industry partners, represents company interests to policymakers, prepares executive briefings and presentations, and communicates policy developments to leadership. It is based in Washington, DC, with in-office work three to four days weekly.
