Lead process technology R&D for dairy foods, focusing on scale-up, process design, technical problem solving, and innovation. Serve as a working manager (20% people management, 80% technical leadership), mentor team members, run medium-to-high complexity projects, apply engineering fundamentals, statistics, and modeling, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement commercial designs and improve processes.

Lead medium-to-large HR initiatives end-to-end: define scope and success measures, create project plans and governance, manage stakeholders, risks, testing, training, and change adoption, maintain portfolio reporting and product/service catalog, provide PM consultation, and develop PM tools and training to build capability across HR.

Lead smaller-scale HR projects from planning through implementation and closure. Develop project plans, timelines, communications, stakeholder maps and RAID logs; monitor progress, identify risks, and report status. Support HR initiatives, promote consistent PM tools and methodologies, and contribute templates and educational materials to improve HR project delivery.
