Process, grade, sort and price donated goods to meet quality standards and production targets. Maintain organized work area, follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, complete required training, and support customer-focused service. Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing/pulling, hanging and inspecting items for sale, salvage, or disposal.

Prepare, research, photograph, price, list and ship donated items for online sale. Maintain inventory, quality control, stockroom organization, safety and loss prevention. Communicate with stores and customers, monitor product activity, repair or salvage items, meet production targets, and support continuous process improvements.
