Lead worship, preach biblically sound sermons, provide pastoral care and counseling, oversee church administration with elders and staff, promote discipleship, community outreach, and missions, and represent the church locally.

Lead vocational elder responsible for preaching (40–45 Sundays/year), providing vision and doctrinal oversight, shepherding and discipling members, developing leaders and lay elders, supervising staff as delegated, administering ordinances, and coordinating major church events, funerals, weddings, and pastoral counseling. Regular office presence, evening and weekend meetings, and close collaboration with elders, deacons, and teams to implement church vision and gospel-centered culture.

Full-time Pastor to lead worship, preach expository sermons, administer sacraments, provide pastoral care, teach confirmation, organize Bible studies and discipleship, engage community outreach, and work with consistory to shepherd a small Reformed congregation.
