Serve as the spiritual shepherd of a rural, non-denominational congregation by preaching and teaching biblical sermons, leading worship, providing pastoral care, prayer, visitation, counseling, and discipleship. The Pastor will engage the local community, share the Gospel, welcome new people, support church growth, and collaborate with church leadership with humility, wisdom, and initiative.

Lead Pastor will shepherd and relaunch a church as a vibrant, multiplying community. Responsibilities include preaching, worship leadership, pastoral care, discipleship, ordinances, weddings and funerals, volunteer development, community outreach, church operations, finances, facilities, communications, and strategic direction. The role begins part-time at approximately 20–25 hours weekly, with potential growth as the congregation expands.

Lead Bethesda Methodist Church through biblical preaching, worship, discipleship, pastoral counseling, crisis ministry, sacraments, visitation, board participation, and church administration. Develop community outreach, Bible studies, youth programs, member training, mission engagement, and expanded online services to support church growth and spiritual health.
