The Lead Pastor will shepherd Cedar Grove Church, preaching God's Word, facilitating discipleship, managing staff, and supporting church members through prayer and community outreach.

The Lead Pastor will guide ministry growth, promote discipleship, engage communities, and foster cultural sensitivity while delivering effective biblical sermons.

The Associate Pastor will oversee music and AV, lead worship services, train leaders and musicians, manage outreach programs, and engage in international missions activities.
