Investigate reports of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment of older adults. Conduct home visits, assess risk, develop and implement least-restrictive care plans, coordinate with medical and community providers, manage cases (including guardianship/emergency interventions), document findings, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Provide trial-level legal representation for indigent adults charged with homicide and serious felonies in district, common pleas, and appellate courts; mentor junior attorneys; prepare reports; maintain case data in the case management system; complete CLE and death-penalty certification; serve on committees as directed.

Coordinate county-wide strategic funding and grants lifecycle for public safety, emergency management, and enterprise technology projects. Identify funding opportunities, prepare competitive applications, manage grant implementation, ensure compliance and financial oversight, coordinate multi-departmental stakeholders, support audits and closeouts, and develop long-term funding strategies and process improvements.
