Lead execution of people strategy, learning & development, and culture initiatives. Support senior management on HR strategy, manage employee relations, performance, compensation and benefits planning, ensure legal and policy compliance, and organize team-building to preserve a collaborative, high-growth workplace.

Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment across functions and locations. Build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, ensure positive candidate experience, track recruitment metrics, use ATS and recruitment tools, and continuously improve sourcing and employer branding.

Serve as primary liaison managing end-to-end bank partnerships for IDEAL's mortgage aggregator. Drive onboarding, negotiation, operational alignment, and escalation resolution. Develop joint business plans, pitches, and campaigns to grow loan volume and product adoption. Monitor pipelines, analyze performance, and present weekly/monthly reports using CRM data to improve conversion and partner satisfaction.
