The role requires strong negotiation, account management, customer service, target achievement, problem-solving, and willingness to travel with a personal vehicle.

Create consistent social media content and key visuals for multiple brands, including property advertising, event materials, presentation decks, print, OOH, motion graphics, and video. Write captions, schedule and publish posts across social channels, manage ad hoc design requests, and prioritize changing workloads while meeting tight same-day deadlines.
