The Assistant Director of Nursing supports resident care, staffing, nursing team management, care planning, documentation, infection control, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. The role assists with hiring, training, delegation, resource coordination, and clinical assessments while collaborating with physicians, consultants, and nursing staff. Candidates must be licensed nurses with leadership experience and knowledge of geriatric or long-term care, restorative care, and nursing home regulations.

Assembles and delivers meal trays and carts, prepares and portions food according to menus and recipes, manages supplies using FIFO standards, and cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas while supporting resident satisfaction.
