Assemble and deliver meal trays and carts, prepare and portion food per menus/recipes, manage and rotate supplies (FIFO), sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse, and maintain cleanliness while supporting resident satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Provide clinical leadership on shift: supervise nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, document care and assessments, educate staff, maintain safety and infection-control standards, and coordinate staffing to ensure resident well-being.

Lead and manage the facility rehabilitation program, provide direct PT/OT/SLP care, supervise and develop therapy staff, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, oversee productivity, billing accuracy, equipment maintenance, and contribute to marketing and operational financial performance.
