Manages overseas factories, production timelines, quality control, inspections, testing, compliance, logistics, BlueCherry data accuracy, and cross-functional reporting. The role develops factory KPIs, dashboards, automation, sourcing and costing capabilities, while providing senior guidance to production coordinators and managing a large team.

Design apparel from concept through final product, with a focus on hosiery and related categories. Responsibilities include trend research, mood boards, color palettes, CAD sketches, fabric and trim selection, tech pack creation, PLM data management, and packaging concept collaboration. The role presents designs for approval and ensures products align with brand strategy, market demands, quality standards, and timelines.
