Candidates need accountancy practice experience, strong technical accounting knowledge, accounts software experience, excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a full UK driving licence.

Manage a portfolio of personal and business tax clients, delivering UK tax compliance, planning, calculations, and return reviews. Advise on Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, restructuring, property taxation, and share schemes. Handle HMRC enquiries, maintain client relationships, support complex projects, and develop colleagues while contributing to senior leadership and business planning.

Collects, organizes, reviews, and maintains client accounting records and supporting documents for annual account preparation. Identifies missing information, prepares schedules and working papers, enters financial data, follows up with clients, and maintains accurate filing systems. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and regular travel between four company offices.
