Own project plans for complex construction projects, manage delays, provide actionable stakeholder reporting, and improve delivery outcomes. Develop scalable planning tools, best practices, and repeatable solutions while coaching team members and educating clients. The role involves hands-on work across data centres, infrastructure, high-tech, and complex building projects, with flexible hybrid work and regular site or client travel.

Own Laminar's bid function end-to-end: assess opportunities, run go/no-go, write and edit compliant compelling responses, coordinate SMEs, manage submission reviews, maintain bid library and tools, run lessons learned, and coach colleagues on bid capability.

Own a core construction software product area from customer problem through measurable outcome. Responsibilities include customer discovery across construction sites and commercial teams, product strategy and roadmap ownership, prioritization, AI feature development and evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, stakeholder communication, and raising product-management capability. The role partners closely with engineering, design, consultancy, growth, and customer success teams while driving adoption and business impact.
