Embed at Food & Beverage customer sites to deploy Laminar sensor and AI solutions: lead technical discussions, guide installations, integrate with IT/OT (PLC, networking, cloud), validate results, drive pilot signoff, support sales expansion, and provide post-implementation support. Heavy customer-facing, project-focused role with up to 50% travel.

Identify and qualify new sales leads, perform market research, build relationships with prospects, collaborate with sales/marketing/engineering, support proposal development, maintain CRM records, and attend industry events to grow revenue and pipeline.

Owner of full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles: source proactively, manage high-volume hires, build employer brand and recruiting systems, partner with leaders on hiring and onboarding, and design scalable People Ops infrastructure to drive retention and performance.
