Owns technical customer deployments from contract through production readiness. Validates GPU, cloud, compute, storage, networking, and connectivity configurations; troubleshoots issues; coordinates Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, and Data Center teams; tracks risks and dependencies; provides status updates; guides onboarding; documents reusable runbooks; and serves as the customer’s technical contact until the environment is stable.

Legal intern supporting Commercial and Corporate Legal teams with customer, vendor, NDA, M&A, financing, and public-company matters. Responsibilities include creating contract triage playbooks, maintaining clause and template libraries, using AI tools for intake and issue spotting, drafting negotiation response templates, and assisting with CLM platform implementation. The role requires strong legal writing and analytical skills, contracts coursework, and at least one day per week in the San Francisco office.

Provide corporate legal support across transactions, equity administration, governance, securities, entity management, and potential IPO preparation. Maintain Carta cap tables, coordinate equity grants and secondary sales, prepare board materials, manage subsidiaries, advise People teams, monitor regulations, improve legal processes, and support employment, intellectual property, debt financing, and commercial matters. The role requires strong drafting, negotiation, collaboration, organization, and prioritization skills.
