Lambda Benefits Overview

Lead and execute brand design projects across marketing, product, internal initiatives, web, print, presentations, motion, and events. Shape Lambda’s visual identity, develop scalable design processes and systems, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple projects. The role requires strong expertise in typography, visual composition, UI/UX, motion, prototyping, brand development, and design tools, with an emphasis on rapid iteration and data-informed creative decisions.

Own and evolve the cloud foundation supporting AWS accounts, IAM, networking, DNS, governance, and Terraform execution. Build self-service infrastructure controls, automate compliance and access management, establish scalable platform patterns, and improve cost visibility. Partner with Security, GRC, IT, and engineering teams while operating reliable, observable systems and participating in on-call support.

Own Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence implementation, configuration, testing, integrations, compliance controls, and ongoing operations. Configure US and Canadian payroll, support international payroll providers, manage payroll integrations and reconciliations, partner with Payroll Operations and Accounting, oversee releases, develop documentation and training, and investigate payroll discrepancies. The role requires deep Workday expertise, global payroll knowledge, SOX controls experience, and hands-on implementation leadership.
