Manages strategic customer accounts for wafer fabrication equipment and services. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, supporting product selections, analyzing operational and cost data, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, identifying growth opportunities, managing installation issues and technology transfers, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining forecasts, and supporting customer technology ramps and quality initiatives.

Develop and optimize semiconductor etch and deposition processes, evaluate test data, define equipment requirements, and support customer demonstrations and tool qualifications. The role uses statistical analysis, simulation, and AI/ML tools to improve process performance, yield, and efficiency. It requires cross-functional collaboration with customers, engineers, and product teams, including on-site support and technology adoption. The engineer may lead small projects, present progress to management, and contribute to product development and releases.

Develop and improve semiconductor manufacturing processes for etch and deposition equipment. Conduct process research, analyze test data, establish process specifications, support customer demonstrations, and contribute to next-generation product development. The role also provides technical leadership to process technicians and collaborates with internal teams, customers, and partners.
