Manage a large, complex phased renovation project, coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders. Oversee schedules, budgets, quality, construction progress, phasing, site logistics, RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation, meetings, issue resolution, and project closeout. The role requires strong construction and project management experience, particularly with large-scale renovations and multiple project participants.

Support on-site construction management for an emergency sewer pipe replacement project. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors and stakeholders, monitoring field progress and schedules, tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation, reviewing drawings and contract requirements, maintaining meeting minutes and daily reports, escalating project issues, and assisting with closeout and punch-list activities.

Prepare, edit, and coordinate technical proposals (RFPs, RFQs, SOQs) and marketing materials. Gather project information, maintain proposal libraries, ensure compliance and timely submissions, assist branding, website and social content, and collaborate with leadership on business development.

Lead a CM-Build library renovation from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee an $8M budget and 900 CCD schedule, manage MEP upgrades, exterior envelope and historic preservation work, ensure regulatory compliance, drive procurement and change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety.
