Acquire and reactivate business clients for two-wheeler delivery services through inbound and outbound sales. Identify prospects, pitch solutions, negotiate, close deals, and onboard merchants across e-commerce, retail, and other sectors. Manage client retention, increase order generation, resolve concerns, track performance, and execute promotional campaigns and customer education. Maintain sales pipelines and reports while collaborating with internal teams to support service delivery.

Engage government authorities, NGOs, business chambers, and other stakeholders to build consensus and partnerships. Monitor public policies, laws, regulations, academic studies, and industry practices affecting the business. Prepare concise write-ups, papers, illustrations, and presentations, coordinate ESG-related internal efforts, and report to the Director of Corporate Affairs.
