Teams at Lalamove

Support driver onboarding via phone outreach, answer enquiries, verify documents, maintain accurate records, and participate in rostered weekend/public holiday verification shifts (approx. 1 hour per assigned shift).

Lead enterprise network and cybersecurity operations, including infrastructure deployment, security tool optimization, vulnerability scanning, incident response, risk analysis, hardening, bug bounty coordination, cloud security, authentication, bot management, and threat intelligence. The role also manages security reporting, compliance, recovery procedures, and network defenses across AWS, Azure, Linux, and Windows environments.

Acquire and onboard business customers, maintain a lead pipeline, meet sales targets, negotiate and close partnership contracts, analyze sales and customer trends, manage client relationships, follow sales procedures, and represent Lalamove as a brand ambassador.
