Supports public affairs and regulatory compliance for Lalamove Malaysia. Responsibilities include representing the company at consumer and gig worker tribunals, managing ministerial complaints, drafting formal correspondence in English and Bahasa Malaysia, liaising with government agencies, attending policy forums, organizing outreach initiatives, and monitoring legislative and political developments affecting delivery and gig economy operations.

Manages and grows business client accounts by building trusted relationships, delivering solutions, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, tracking account metrics, supporting issue escalations, and executing retention programs. The role also develops new business within existing accounts and communicates initiative progress to stakeholders.

Manage corporate accounts and revenue KPIs through upselling, retention, and reactivation. Maintain key customer relationships, conduct customer visits and surveys, coordinate resolution of service and billing issues, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns. The role also requires handling ad hoc tasks, working with internal stakeholders, and supporting merchant solutions.
