Lead Lalamove US marketing to drive awareness, user acquisition, growth, retention, and driver lead growth. Develop and execute brand and performance marketing plans, optimize channels (Facebook/Google), derive insights from marketing/product data, manage campaigns and budgets, and lead a local team of three while collaborating with regional stakeholders.

Support driver onboarding via phone outreach, answer enquiries, verify documents, maintain accurate records, and participate in rostered weekend/public holiday verification shifts (approx. 1 hour per assigned shift).

Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and Apple Search Ads; manage budgets and KPIs (CPL/CPA), analyze data and run A/B tests, optimize full-funnel performance, manage agencies and influencer/UGC campaigns, explore new channels, and deliver actionable performance reports.
