Leads the organization’s human resources function, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave administration, retirement plans, compliance, employment law, HR reporting, and HRIS oversight. Advises executives and supervisors, manages investigations and disciplinary processes, oversees external HR vendors and legal counsel, and develops policies and practices supporting employee engagement, equity, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
