Lead discovery through delivery by engaging customers, defining requirements, validating solutions, making tradeoffs, and partnering with Engineering and UX. Translate customer and business problems into features, workflows, epics, and acceptance criteria while ensuring investments support a cohesive product experience. Build expertise in digital employee experience, endpoint management, IT operations, and related enterprise software markets.
