Manages customer orders from entry through completion, including procurement, expediting, business-system updates, status reporting, documentation, and product returns. Coordinates with customers, sales teams, internal departments, and vendors to fulfill customer needs. Provides additional sales and support assistance while maintaining accurate records, professional communication, and efficient order processing.

Leads technical execution for complex industrial automation and process control projects. Responsibilities include defining specifications, coordinating engineering activities, developing and approving designs, managing FAT, testing, commissioning, quality control, budgets, risks, and customer deliverables. The role provides technical leadership and mentorship, supports project planning and sales estimates, and drives process improvements while collaborating with customers, project managers, sales, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Provides technical application and inside-sales support for industrial automation and process instrumentation solutions. Consults with customers on measurement requirements, recommends products, prepares quotations and proposals, performs calculations and troubleshooting, manages orders through shipment, and follows up to increase conversions. Builds customer relationships, identifies upselling opportunities, supports sales growth, gathers competitive intelligence, promotes product lines, and delivers product training and customer education.
