Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, payroll, and representative payee functions. Supervise and develop the accounting operations team, maintain accurate and compliant financial processes, strengthen internal controls, coordinate audits, improve accounting systems, and provide operational reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.

Oversee Lakemary's compliance program, manage policy lifecycle using GRC tools, monitor regulatory changes, support licensing/accreditation, develop monitoring and training, prepare compliance reports, and coordinate Compliance Committee activities.

The Ranch Assistant cares for animals and maintains the ranch grounds, supporting the Ranch Operations Manager and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.
