Provides clerical and administrative support for employee relations, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, personnel records, compliance, background checks, fingerprinting, I-9 verification, badge access, and new-hire orientation. Maintains accurate HRIS data and confidential employee files, prepares reports, supports audits, responds to employee and applicant questions, and assists with resolving HR-related issues. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, cultural competency, and knowledge of employment regulations.

Provides strategic financial leadership across the organization, partnering with the CFO and executives on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, compliance, grant reporting, audits, financial statements, and process improvement. Oversees accounting policies and several finance-related functions while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
