Jobs at Lakeland Hills Family YMCA

Supports fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, sponsorships, events, community engagement, and development operations. Maintains donor records and CRM data, processes gifts, prepares reports and campaign materials, coordinates event logistics, supports Board and committee activities, and collaborates with Finance and Marketing. Builds relationships with donors, volunteers, sponsors, community partners, and Board members while protecting confidential information and advancing the YMCA’s mission.

Provides after-school supervision, safety, and support for children in YMCA Kids Club programs. Builds nurturing relationships with children and families, assists with activities and events, follows state regulations and YMCA policies, maintains attendance, and supports developmentally appropriate programming in areas including literacy, STEM, arts, sports, social-emotional learning, and community projects.
