Lead the college's fundraising, alumni engagement, marketing and communications. Serve on President's Cabinet, manage major and annual giving, donor stewardship, campaigns, alumni programming, branding, and advancement staff. Build partnerships, support institutional priorities, manage budgets, and represent the college at events.

Supports athletics communications for NCAA Division II teams: manages media relations and the Storm website, produces game-day publications and recaps, maintains statistics, supervises game-day staff, assists promotions, social media and multimedia, and coordinates communications. Enrollment in a Lake Erie College graduate program required; evenings, weekends, and travel expected.

Support the Head Coach in recruiting, organizing practices, managing equipment and uniforms, assisting with study table coverage, fundraising, camps/clinics, and promoting an inclusive NCAA Division II student-athlete experience. Responsible for travel to practices, competitions, and recruiting; other duties as assigned.

Provide strategic leadership for all finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and debt/covenant management; ensure accurate financial reporting to board and bondholders; strengthen internal controls; improve ERP/systems and BI; oversee accounting, payroll, bursar, and insurance; build and mentor a high-performing finance team to drive turnaround and long-term fiscal sustainability.

Manage college accounting and business operations, oversee AR/AP/payroll/student accounts and general ledger, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits and financial statement preparation, support budget preparation and compliance (Title IV, federal/state), reconcile cash and gifts, and provide leadership for campus financial functions reporting to the VP of Finance.

Support head coach with recruiting, practice and team operations, equipment/uniform management, fundraising and camps, study-table coverage, travel for practices/competition/recruiting, and ensure NCAA compliance while representing the college.

Support the Head Coach in recruiting, coaching, and managing the stunt program. Assist with practices, team operations, equipment/uniform inventory, fundraising, study table coordination, transportation, and compliance with NCAA and college policies. Work evenings, weekends, and travel for practices, competitions, and recruiting. Serve as an ambassador for the college and perform other duties as assigned.
