Lead development, growth, and management of graduate programs. Create and execute recruitment and admissions strategies, analyze enrollment data, cultivate pipelines and partnerships, collaborate with faculty and marketing, represent the college at recruitment events, support on-campus visits, and align enrollment goals with institutional priorities.

Support the Head Coach with recruiting, practice and team operations, equipment and uniform maintenance, fundraising and camps, study table coordination, and travel logistics. Acts as program ambassador, ensures NCAA compliance, and performs other duties assigned. Ten-month, two-year graduate appointment requiring acceptance into a Lake Erie College graduate program.

Provide campus safety by patrolling on foot and by vehicle, escorting community members, locking/unlocking buildings, answering phones, completing incident reports and duty logs, enforcing parking rules, contacting emergency services, supporting safety education and emergency response.

Provide sports information support for NCAA Division II teams including media contact duties, website maintenance, game-day statistics and publications, supervising game-day staff, event coverage, promotional support, and coordination of communications for intercollegiate athletics.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Physician Assistant program including admissions tracking, onboarding verification, clinical rotation management, event coordination, compliance monitoring (BLS/ACLS/immunizations), data management in CORE, and general office duties under the Program Director.

Support the head coach in recruiting, practice and team operations, equipment and uniform maintenance, fundraising, student-athlete academic support, and NCAA compliance. Serve as program ambassador and perform other duties as assigned while enrolled in a Lake Erie College graduate program.

Support the Head Coach in recruiting, coaching, and managing the stunt program. Assist with practices, team operations, equipment/uniform inventory, fundraising, study table coordination, transportation, and compliance with NCAA and college policies. Work evenings, weekends, and travel for practices, competitions, and recruiting. Serve as an ambassador for the college and perform other duties as assigned.

Manage college accounting and business operations, oversee AR/AP/payroll/student accounts and general ledger, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits and financial statement preparation, support budget preparation and compliance (Title IV, federal/state), reconcile cash and gifts, and provide leadership for campus financial functions reporting to the VP of Finance.

Supports athletics communications for NCAA Division II teams: manages media relations and the Storm website, produces game-day publications and recaps, maintains statistics, supervises game-day staff, assists promotions, social media and multimedia, and coordinates communications. Enrollment in a Lake Erie College graduate program required; evenings, weekends, and travel expected.
