Provides administrative and operational support to LakeComm leadership in a 24/7 public safety communications environment. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, document and records management, front desk and visitor support, recruitment and onboarding assistance, accounts payable and payroll documentation, governance records, and confidential information handling.

Receive and process emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatch police/fire/EMS via radio and CAD, manage multiple high-priority tasks, operate communication systems accurately, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive law-enforcement information. Complete required certifications and pass background and drug screening.

Receive and process emergency and non-emergency 9-1-1 calls, dispatch police, fire, and EMS via radio and CAD, manage multiple high-priority tasks, operate complex communications systems, maintain confidentiality, and meet required certifications within six months of hire.
