Serve as facility Controller partnering with the CFO to manage revenue cycle and general accounting. Perform month-end close, financial analysis, reconciliations (census, balance sheet), enforce policies, review payroll and spending analyses, and consult on audit and reconciliation findings to support financial goals.

Provide leadership and strategic planning for the facility's social services programs. Oversee program development, staff supervision, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, regulatory compliance, community partnerships, staff training, and coordination with other departments to ensure high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care.
