Lead HR operations for a 161-bed behavioral hospital including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, personnel records, compliance (FMLA, OSHA, EEOC, worker's comp), employee relations, investigations, training, and organizing employee events. Support Joint Commission survey preparation and provide HR reporting to corporate.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Utilization Review team: prepare reports, manage calls/emails with insurers, verify insurance eligibility, follow up on authorizations and appeals, upload documentation, maintain staff files, order supplies, and support the Director of Clinical Programming to ensure timely clinical request handling and compliance.
