Supports B2B marketing and business development through digital marketing research, competitive analysis, website updates, customer segmentation, content and sales collateral development, email and LinkedIn campaigns, trade show planning, and AI-assisted market research. The intern collaborates with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to strengthen the company’s digital presence, communicate capabilities, and identify marketing opportunities.

Leads and improves precision metal fabrication processes across cutting, forming, machining, welding, painting, and assembly. Converts technical requirements into routings and shop documentation, supports NPI, tooling, process validation, Lean initiatives, automation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, and regulatory compliance. Partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain while mentoring team members. This is a fully on-site role in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.

Leads full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates. Manages recruiting workflows, staffing agency relationships, talent pipelines, ATS/HRIS records, hiring events, employer branding, and recruiting metrics. Ensures compliance with employment laws while improving processes and supporting hiring needs across multiple shifts and facilities.
