Provides professional front-of-house reception at a premium commercial building. Welcomes tenants, visitors, contractors, and couriers; manages reception operations, refreshments, deliveries, visual checks, and building queries. Produces reports, handovers, tenant communications, newsletters, and engagement materials, including Canva content. Coordinates with building management, contractors, cleaners, and security, works independently on site, maintains presentation standards, and escalates issues appropriately.

Provides flexible reception cover across Bristol and Cardiff, greeting visitors, managing couriers and deliveries, handling administration, submitting site reports, and maintaining a professional reception environment. The role also supports building management by coordinating with clients, contractors, property managers, and facilities teams, monitoring vacant spaces, reporting issues, and prioritizing building security. Additional responsibilities include supporting tenant experience initiatives and promotional events.
