Manage front-of-house reception duties: greet and register visitors, handle deliveries, stock supplies and general admin. Support building management by reporting issues, managing contractors, assisting with door access and BMS (training provided), and producing weekly stakeholder reports. Organise tenant events and produce a monthly e-newsletter to drive community engagement.

Provide a warm, professional welcome to tenants, visitors and contractors; manage reception operations, visitor/contractor/delivery handling, basic building queries, and routine visual checks. Support tenant communications, newsletters, Canva design, events and occupier engagement. Maintain high presentation, punctuality, health & safety and independent ownership of the front-of-house.
