Welcome tenants, visitors, contractors, and couriers at a premium commercial building reception. Maintain a polished reception environment, coordinate visitors and deliveries, prepare refreshments, handle minor building queries, conduct visual checks, and escalate issues. Support tenant communications, newsletters, events, occupier engagement, and added-value initiatives. Work independently on site, liaising with building management, contractors, cleaners, and security while maintaining professional standards, reliability, punctuality, and health and safety procedures.

Manage reception at a commercial office building, greeting visitors, handling deliveries, maintaining supplies, and providing administrative support. Coordinate contractors, report building issues, assist with access and building management systems, and produce stakeholder reports. Organize tenant events and monthly newsletters to strengthen community engagement. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining front-of-house standards and supporting the off-site Building Manager.

Provide temporary front-of-house reception cover across Bristol and Cardiff: greet and manage visitors, handle couriers and deliveries, perform general administration, submit weekly site reports, liaise with property and facilities managers, maintain presentation and building security, and support tenant experience.
