Supports day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, payroll and benefits, compliance, compensation, performance management, HRIS data integrity, reporting, and employee relations. Partners with Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, managers, and employees to administer policies, resolve issues, maintain confidential records, and improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

The Marketing Manager plans and executes integrated campaigns across wholesale, retail, ecommerce, and digital channels. Responsibilities include managing wholesale marketing programs, cooperative advertising, project workflows, creative assets, vendors, budgets, and marketing materials. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors campaign performance, improves processes, conducts competitive research, and supports brand consistency and wholesale partner growth while maintaining luxury brand standards.

Designs and maintains digital, instructor-led, virtual, blended, microlearning, and video-based training for retail, corporate, customer care, and distribution teams. Translates product knowledge, selling techniques, leadership expectations, and operational processes into engaging, brand-aligned learning. Partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts, manages multiple projects, evaluates learning effectiveness, and improves content using learner feedback, completion data, assessments, and performance metrics.
