Administer the LMS, develop eLearning and training materials, manage certifications and learner records, produce learning dashboards, support enterprise learning initiatives, and measure training effectiveness. The role partners with subject matter experts and business leaders on onboarding, product education, sales enablement, leadership development, and compliance training while providing learner support and maintaining accurate, audit-ready data.

Leads the operational infrastructure for the Brand Creative team, managing creative workflows, project prioritization, photography operations, resources, budgets, asset delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. The role manages internal photographers and external resources, improves processes and tools, oversees production and post-production workflows, and ensures creative projects are delivered efficiently, predictably, and at scale.

Leads the visual expression of the LAGOS brand across digital, print, retail, ecommerce, social, packaging, and experiential channels. Develops integrated campaigns, brand narratives, creative briefs, and visual concepts; directs photography and video production; and ensures quality and brand consistency through execution. Leads and mentors designers, manages creative workflows and priorities, and partners with marketing, ecommerce, PR, retail, and visual merchandising teams to deliver elevated customer experiences and business impact.
