Manage end-to-end biweekly payroll processing, onboarding documents, payroll deductions, timesheet verification, discrepancy resolution, audits, and compliance. Maintain ADP Workforce Now data, collaborate with HR on system issues and updates, support managers with payroll training, and respond to employee and external payroll inquiries. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, analytical ability, and flexibility during payroll cycles.

Coordinates and leads sales activities across assigned hotels and meeting spaces, including covering sales staff absences, sourcing new business, maintaining client relationships, servicing accounts, supporting banquet and hotel sales initiatives, and completing revenue-driving projects. The role collaborates with hotel leadership and travels throughout the South Coast region as needed.
