Provide front desk reception and phone support for the Military & Family Readiness Center; schedule appointments and classes; perform accurate web-based data entry; send reminders; maintain records and reports; uphold confidentiality and deliver customer service to military members and families.

Provide administrative support for food service operations including recordkeeping, filing, report preparation, scheduling assistance, supporting management, and general office duties.

Coordinate and oversee Protestant religious education programs for children, youth, adults, and families. Plan schedules, develop lesson plans, recruit and train volunteers, teach when needed, manage facilities and supplies, prepare communications, keep records, assist with budgeting and annual planning, and collaborate with chapel leadership to ensure safe, organized program delivery.
