Drive Smart Grids and Smart Water business growth across ASEAN, primarily Malaysia and Indonesia. Responsibilities include developing partner and distributor networks, identifying customers and market opportunities, managing relationships with utilities and end users, supporting indirect sales, gathering market intelligence, and representing regional needs to European business units. The role requires strong knowledge of smart grids, power distribution, energy technologies, and Southeast Asian commercial markets, along with cross-cultural communication and independent regional leadership.

Owns a strategic digital solutions value stream for smart grid and environmental infrastructure products. Responsibilities include portfolio strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, go-to-market planning, market intelligence, customer value propositions, cybersecurity and compliance positioning, lifecycle management, performance tracking, and recurring revenue growth. The role requires executive-level communication, strong customer and market orientation, business-case development, matrix stakeholder management, and knowledge of OT/IT environments and smart grid architectures.

Develop smart grids and smart lighting business in Belgium and the Netherlands by building utility and partner relationships, influencing specifications early, initiating pilots and POCs, identifying commercial opportunities, and coordinating between customers, marketing and product teams for long sales cycles in a regulated environment.
