Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger transactions; maintain month‑end and year‑end accounting cycles; prepare financial reports per GAAP; reconcile records; manage employee attendance and benefits administration; handle Medical Transportation Record System payments.

Supervise the Indian Residential School and Cultural Support Programs, including staff direction, scheduling, administrative oversight, documentation, work-plan implementation, proposal support, and coordination with health, education, and community partners. The role promotes traditional cultural practices, health programming, and community development while maintaining program compliance with agreements and funding requirements.

Provide senior executive leadership for a holistic addictions prevention, treatment, and aftercare program. Oversee 60+ staff, program quality, clinical and cultural integrity, operations, AMIS reporting, budget planning and reporting (> $2M), policy development, and reporting to the Board and partner agencies.
