Provides nutrition assessments, counseling, meal planning, education, and intervention services to community members. Develops, delivers, and evaluates nutrition programs and care plans; documents client progress; collaborates with healthcare providers, agencies, schools, and community stakeholders; and supports diabetes and home care initiatives. The role requires extensive travel, independent work, strong communication and computer skills, and collaboration with health-service teams.

Supervise the Indian Residential School and Cultural Support Programs, including staff direction, scheduling, administrative oversight, documentation, work-plan implementation, proposal support, and coordination with health, education, and community partners. The role promotes traditional cultural practices, health programming, and community development while maintaining program compliance with agreements and funding requirements.
