Lead attendee growth and revenue-driving marketing campaigns for executive summits and conferences. Plan and execute multi-channel outreach (social, digital ads, partnerships, content), use analytics and event data to optimize performance, collaborate with sales/editorial/production, deliver sponsor value, and represent the organization at live events.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and content campaigns end-to-end. Serve as primary client contact, lead onboarding and status calls, track timelines and approvals, enforce scope/review limits, and coordinate handoffs across Content, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Lead a small finance analysis team and deliver financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses. Improve and automate reports, ensure data integrity across NetSuite and CRM, develop financial models, and partner cross-functionally to provide actionable insights for leadership.
