Supports medical device product lifecycle management through design verification, testing, validation, product changes, failure investigations, design transfers, and obsolescence management. Maintains Design History Files and Device Master Records, prepares verification protocols and reports, supports regulatory registrations, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, marketing, and service teams. Helps ensure products and processes comply with design control, quality system, and applicable medical device standards.

Provides reception, visitor coordination, calendar management, office administration, vendor and courier coordination, supply inventory, event support, invoice and expense assistance, document management, onboarding support, and facilities coordination. Supports site leadership, employee engagement, sustainability reporting, operations documentation, special projects, and process improvements while maintaining professional customer service and confidentiality.

Provides direct executive support to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief People Officer by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing executive materials, tracking action items, handling confidential information, and supporting budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and expenses.
