Lead CNC machining process improvements, sustaining engineering, new product introduction, and capital equipment projects. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve OEE, prioritize investments, ensure validated product quality, and support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include CNC programming and troubleshooting, fixture development, workflow organization, inspection processes, work instruction development, and operator training.

Administers, negotiates, and oversees government contracts and agreements in compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies. Reviews solicitations, requirements, schedules, and contractual risks; supports proposal pursuits and pricing activities; advises program teams and management on contractual obligations; analyzes contract data; and manages competing priorities. The role requires interaction with U.S. Government customers and internal stakeholders, with potential mentoring and training responsibilities.

Provides onsite desktop and end-user IT support for Windows and macOS environments. Responsibilities include workstation troubleshooting, device deployment, incident triage, ticket documentation, identity and access management, MFA and password support, escalation to remote technical teams, and customer communication. The role also identifies recurring issues, supports root-cause analysis, and maintains a professional onsite presence.
