Leads the firmwide civil infrastructure modeling and horizontal design technology program, including standards, workflows, software platforms, implementation, training, support, and technology roadmaps. Manages technical managers and leads, coordinates with IT and business leadership, oversees Civil 3D, Bentley, and collaboration environments, improves digital production consistency, and supports complex project technology planning across disciplines and offices.

Leads large transmission, substation, and distribution projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk, scope, quality, environmental processes, construction oversight, commissioning, and change management. Evaluates and develops T&D equipment and construction standards, manages matrixed teams and third-party projects, and monitors project performance using SPI and CPI metrics.
