Develop and maintain web-based, GIS, and database-driven applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and related technologies. Responsibilities include application development, integrations, database design, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, documentation, modernization, and ongoing client support. The role collaborates with senior developers, project managers, engineers, analysts, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver maintainable technical solutions for infrastructure, municipal, utility, and environmental projects.

Supports project and quality management teams by facilitating process discussions, developing process flow diagrams and documentation, analyzing business-area tasks, and presenting information clearly. Requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and critical-thinking skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Occasional travel may be required. Knowledge of electric utilities and Microsoft Visio experience are preferred.

Coordinates material and service procurement for client projects, including RFP administration, contract support, expediting, delivery, and procurement portfolio monitoring. Partners with project management and procurement teams to coordinate deadlines, responsibilities, progress, and demand analysis. Requires procurement or supply chain experience, contracting and negotiation knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and SAP or ERP experience.
