Leads organizational design, succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, leadership development, engagement, and workforce planning across matrixed international organizations. Partners with regional HR teams and HR centers of excellence while navigating global labor, regulatory, and cultural considerations. Uses analytics, technology, and AI-enabled insights to improve organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
