Manages logistics strategies, documentation, customs compliance, shipping lanes, carriers, invoices, and cross-border movement of materials and biological specimens for complex clinical studies. Serves as the primary logistics contact for project management, clients, sponsors, and CROs while coordinating internal teams and external partners. Reviews carrier performance, supports quality investigations, and maintains processes to ensure timely, compliant shipment execution across global regions.

Manages study quotation and proposal preparation for clinical research services, including pricing, vendor quotes, timelines, budget reviews, CRM updates, and coordination with Business Development. Supports proposal strategy, presentations, quality improvements, and customer communications while ensuring accurate, complete, and timely submissions. Requires budget management, business writing, presentation, problem-solving, and clinical research or contract research experience.

Provides commercial legal counsel for global laboratory services, clinical research, technology, vendor, and partnership agreements. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory and privacy matters, managing legal risks, improving contract processes and tools, supporting strategic transactions, and supervising the contract management team. The role partners closely with commercial, operations, and project teams and requires a pragmatic approach in a regulated life sciences environment.

Leads the strategy and maturation of LabConnect’s IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance function in a regulated life sciences environment. Establishes AI-enabled continuous compliance across SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11; governs AI adoption, data protection, third-party risk, security architecture, policy-as-code, automated evidence collection, and audit readiness. Partners with Quality, engineering, security, infrastructure, data, and operations teams to enforce validated development practices and trustworthy AI controls.

Leads enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and performance management. Partners with senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and actionable business insights. Oversees executive reporting, value realization measurement, and financial decision support while managing and developing the FP&A team.
