Lead and execute a 300+ event annual program, own major strategic events end-to-end, manage a two-person events team, oversee event budgets, vendor logistics, attendee tracking, sponsor relationships, and improve systems and communications to increase value for residents and partners.

Manage equipment-focused partner accounts and resident scientist relationships, evaluate new equipment and partnership prospects, and act as the technical liaison between partnerships and lab operations. Track renewals and partner commitments, translate resident workflow needs into assessments, support portfolio management and prospect development, and engage residents to keep partnerships aligned with bench-level needs.
