LabCentral Benefits Overview

Supports participants in biotech workforce development programs through career-readiness workshops, coaching, employer engagement, and industry exposure. Coordinates events, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and participant support; develops program materials; tracks participation, feedback, and workforce outcomes; and assists with grant reporting, dashboards, and presentations. The role is fully onsite, involves local travel and occasional evening or weekend events, and requires collaboration with employers, mentors, community organizations, and program staff.

Lead and execute a 300+ event annual program, own major strategic events end-to-end, manage a two-person events team, oversee event budgets, vendor logistics, attendee tracking, sponsor relationships, and improve systems and communications to increase value for residents and partners.
