Work with customers to investigate cybersecurity findings, vulnerabilities, exposures, and threats; assess and prioritize risks; operate the company platform; translate customer needs and field feedback into actionable requirements for Product and R&D; and maintain continuous feedback between customers and internal teams.

Research, discover, and develop software vulnerabilities and exploits across Windows and Linux platforms. Design and prototype exploitation techniques, collaborate with R&D to integrate findings into products, and mentor developers on secure implementation and remediation.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and a cybersecurity testing lab; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; execute end-to-end validation across networking, infrastructure, and security layers; collaborate with engineering and security teams; establish automation best practices and mentor team members.
