Provides technical leadership for Azure Cloud and DevOps Managed Services, driving automation-first transformation, AI-assisted operations, infrastructure as code, SRE practices, observability, reliability, and service improvement. Establishes engineering standards, quality gates, roadmaps, technical controls, and operational metrics while coordinating across teams, supporting complex incidents, guiding engineers, and engaging clients on technical solutions and service growth.

Leads complex enterprise technology projects from planning through delivery, managing teams, vendors, stakeholders, risks, budgets, schedules, quality, and governance. Facilitates requirements workshops, translates technical needs into business outcomes, applies hybrid, waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies, and drives strategic client outcomes. The role focuses on Azure infrastructure, data, or security projects and requires onsite client engagement when needed.

Manage, deliver, and support complex Microsoft Azure cloud and DevOps solutions. Responsibilities include Azure infrastructure planning, provisioning, automation, CI/CD, network and security design, governance, high availability, cloud migration, workload optimization, and post-implementation support. The role collaborates with architects, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to design technical solutions and deliver critical client engagements.
