Drive product quality and manufacturing process improvements across boiler and water heater operations. Analyze quality and warranty data, lead root-cause investigations, develop control plans and PFMEAs, reduce incoming inspection through supplier capability improvements, manage SCARs and CAPAs, support customer quality issues, and collaborate cross-functionally on process validation, audits, and new product introduction.

Leads engineering teams and oversees new product development, sustaining engineering, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives. Manages project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and technical deliverables while partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, and other teams. Provides technical direction, mentors engineering staff, improves engineering processes, supports design-for-manufacturing and reliability efforts, and drives continuous improvement, change management, and product commercialization.
