Provides Level 1 IT support to employees, retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate users through phone and ServiceNow tickets. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware, installing workstations and peripherals, escalating incidents, documenting procedures, maintaining IT inventories, supporting IT projects, and following information-security best practices. Requires computer science education, French-English bilingualism, and knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, office applications, networking, and optionally macOS.

Leads the AI team and supports the implementation, deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI solutions. Translates business needs into practical AI tools, provides user support, evaluates technologies, manages external partners, documents processes, and collaborates with IT, data, security, and business teams. The role also promotes AI adoption, establishes best practices, and ensures solutions meet operational, security, and organizational requirements.

Supports procurement, inventory, order tracking, and internal logistics activities. Maintains inventory records, monitors orders and recurring needs, analyzes discrepancies and trends, coordinates shipments and material handling, supports store openings and internal events, communicates with stores and departments, and contributes to process improvements.
