Performs full-cycle accounts payable for multiple business units, including invoice review, coding, posting, vendor statement reconciliation, cheque and electronic payments, credit card reconciliation, and month-end closing support. Enters fuel, intercompany, and high-volume invoice data into Explorer Eclipse; maintains vendor records and financial filing systems; investigates invoice issues with vendors and field personnel; prepares reports and assists with accounts receivable duties as assigned.
