Sell recreational vehicles by prospecting, qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, following up on inquiries, negotiating pricing, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer and sales activity records. The role requires prior sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, accurate handling of financial information, outdoor work, RV access, and occasional travel to other stores or RV shows.

Process semi-monthly, sales, off-cycle, manual, and final payroll accurately and on schedule. Maintain payroll records, audit timekeeping and deductions, manage garnishments and employee changes, resolve wage and tax discrepancies, answer payroll inquiries, prepare reports, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Offer and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to RV customers. Process finance contracts and required state, federal, and corporate paperwork; prepare deals for delivery; obtain customer documentation; verify lender approvals and contract accuracy; understand lender programs and forms; respond to customer communications; and attend training and weekly conference calls.
