Sell recreational vehicles by prospecting and qualifying customers, managing sales opportunities, explaining pricing and financing information, negotiating transactions, following up with prospects, tracking customer progress, meeting sales goals, and monitoring market activity. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer service, reliability, outdoor work, and occasional travel to other stores or RV shows.

Assist the sales department by moving and maintaining recreational vehicles, scanning inventory, securing license plates, fueling units, and reporting maintenance needs. Perform deliveries, customer and employee transportation, mail runs, bank deposits, supply pickups, and other errands. The role requires safe driving, reliable lot operations, vehicle security, and compliance with pre-employment screening requirements.

Supports payroll processing and benefits administration by reviewing timekeeping, uploading payroll data, maintaining deductions and employee records, assisting with benefit enrollments and changes, answering employee questions, resolving issues, and safeguarding confidential information. The role also supports payroll and HR communications, compliance-related tasks, and other administrative duties while meeting strict deadlines.
