The Associate Director of Sales drives hotel revenue by developing strategic accounts, generating group and leisure business, managing client relationships, and pursuing new opportunities. The role develops sales strategies, monitors occupancy, ADR, production, and event revenue, collaborates with revenue management and hotel operations, maintains CRM records, conducts property tours, represents the properties at industry events, and supports sales goals, standards, and initiatives.

Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing, legal and tax compliance, confidentiality, and secure handling of employee data. Supervise and develop a Payroll Specialist, maintain employee records, process adjustments and garnishments, validate service charges and gratuities, prepare payroll reports and reconciliations, and support labor budgeting and forecasting. Partner with Human Resources, Finance, and department managers while administering payroll activities through Workday HCM.
