Assists with adult tennis programs, group clinics, social events, player ladders, inter-club tournaments, court audits, equipment rentals, and court maintenance. Provides professional service to members and guests, tracks program activity, maintains activity boards, explains policies and enrollment procedures, and coordinates medical attention when needed. Must be able to play competitive tennis and work flexible schedules in outdoor conditions.

Provide overnight security for a beachfront hotel and club by patrolling grounds, staffing the security booth, monitoring cameras, responding to emergencies, documenting incidents, controlling access, assisting guests, and coordinating with law enforcement and hotel departments to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and seasonal hiring, coordinate onboarding and orientations, maintain HR/payroll records, complete I-9s and e-Verify, support payroll reconciliations, create recruitment communications and materials (Canva), run job fairs, conduct background checks, and audit HR data while traveling between properties as needed.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical equipment across hotel and club properties. Maintain lighting, life-safety systems, guest rooms, kitchens, and public areas; read blueprints/schematics; use power tools safely; uphold cleanliness, safety, and energy-conservation standards.

Lead membership growth and retention for a private oceanfront club. Oversee membership operations and tennis activities, recruit and onboard new members, plan events, manage member communications and records, prepare reports, support committees and budgeting, and represent the club in the community to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

Supervise and coordinate grounds and sanitation staff; maintain landscaping, hardscape, beach, tennis courts and turf; implement preventative maintenance, manage inventories, perform inspections and minor equipment repairs, install and repair irrigation, and ensure safety and quality standards across property grounds.

Supervise and train front desk, bell, and PBX staff; act as manager on duty when needed; handle check-ins/outs, reservations, billing adjustments, maintenance dispatches, incident reports, shift closing reports, and guest inquiries to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Perform kitchen support duties including scraping and washing dishes, cleaning pots and kitchen areas, polishing silverware, handling trash, washing and prepping vegetables, transferring supplies, and storing food. Maintain sanitation, proper chemical storage, attend kitchen meetings, and obtain required San Diego County food and beverage certifications. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
