Lead daily operations of a clinical research site: oversee workflows, compliance (FDA/GCP/HIPAA/IRB), study startup, sponsor/CRO relations, coordinate studies, mentor staff, track milestones, and support audits and quality activities.

Greet and register patients, answer and route phone calls, schedule transportation and appointments, enter demographic data, notify clinical staff of arrivals and delays, and perform basic clerical duties to support patient flow.

Provide hair styling, coloring, shampoo/conditioning, nail care, and sanitation. Collaborate on scheduling, recommend styles, maintain cleanliness, and perform patient-facing services.
